Managing Teams Data

Keeping track of what information has or hasn't been entered for each team at your school couldn't be any easier than it is with your AD Admin Account.


As an Athletic Director - Teams are Missing Data:

Go to MaxPreps.com and sign into your AD Admin Account. 

1. Under the AD Utilities section, select .

2. Select the Exclamation Point, to add the missing schedule, roster, results or stats for a specific sport. This will automatically take you to that specific sport section to add the missing data. This allows for you to see what information is missing with a quick glance. 

 

As the AD you can manage each of the teams information, meaning you have access to update any team information. For example, incorrect schedule, adding games, incorrect scores or adding scores. 

Update or Add any Team Data:

Go to MaxPreps.com and sign into your AD Admin Account. 

1. Under the AD Utilities section, select .

2. Select Login to update the schedule, roster, results or stats for a specific sport. This will automatically take you to the Coach Admin Account for that sport.
