Add Your Staff on Teams App

Through the Teams app you're able to manage your Staff under the Members tab if you're an All Access Admin. Learn more about your Team Permissions


 

Adding Staff Members: 

 1. Go to the Members tab  .

 2. Select Staff.

 3. Depending on your device, select the proper option to add your Staff member.

  • iOS device, select +

  • Android device, select  

 4. Fill out all fields required & Save. 

  • First & Last name 
  • Email address 
  • Admin Type 
  • Team Role

 

When adding staff members the user will receive the access you selected. 

Depending on your device, select the proper option to save the members contact. 

  • iOS device, select Save
  • Android device, select 

 5. If the added staff member is registered on MaxPreps, they will appear under the the Staff member section.

If they are not a MaxPreps member, they will appear under the Pending section of the Staff member listing, until they register with MaxPreps.com. Once they register they will receive access to the team based on the selected Admin Type you selected.

Removing Staff Members: 

 1. Go to the Members tab  .

 2. Select Staff.

 3. Select the Staff member you would like to remove.

 

 4. Depending on your device, select the proper option to make your edits. 

  • iOS device, select Edit
  • Android device, select 

 5. On the Edit Staff page, you will then select, REMOVE FROM TEAM.

This will remove the user from the team and their access.

 6. Depending on your device, select the proper option. A pop up will appear, asking you are you sure you want to remove.

  • iOS device, select Delete
  • Android device, select YES

Editing Staff Members Admin Types

 1. Go to the Members tab  .

 2. Select Staff

 3 Select the Staff member you would like to Edit. 

You can only edit the Admin Type. You can't edit any other information regarding the member. 

 4. Depending on your device, select the proper option to make your edits.

  • iOS device, select Edit
  • Android device, select 

5. On the Edit Staff page, go to Admin Type, and select the proper Admin Type access. 

  • All Access
  • Staff
  • Communication 

6. Once you've updated the Admin Type, depending on your device, select the proper option to save the update. 

  • iOS device, select Save
  • Android device, select

Pending Staff Member Removals

You can't edit pending staff members information. You can only remove them from the team and their access.

 1. Go to the Members tab  .

 2. Select Staff

 3 Scroll to the bottom of the Staff Members page & locate the Pending section.

 4. Under the Pending section, select the Remove icon next to the staff member you wish to remove.

 5. A pop up will appear asking you, Are you Sure? You will select, Remove.
